RevetBlok is a flexible interlocking system of concrete blocks that are interconnected by the unique block shape. The RevetBlok design has both longitudinal and lateral cable ports through each block. This mattress system provides additional interconnectivity, which enhances the performance in aggressive wave action or severe channel applications.

The patented system offers a cost-effective alternative to dumped stone riprap, poured-in-concrete and other protection systems.  In comparison to the alternative systems RevetBlok stands out on life-cycle cast analysis.

RevetBlok R-Series come in a range of thickness starting with 4″ and up to 9″ with the option of 7% or 20% open area allowing vegetation.  The mattress are assembled in 8′ width and lengths 10′ to 44′ at the manufacturing facility and shipped directly to the project ready for installation.
